A zip problem with universal rain coat jackets

I purchased  a rain coat jackets of Universal company a couple of weeks ego and already the rain coat zip handle is gone. It is a good suit with two colours. inside out system. But now, I have to do and undo zipping without the zip handle and that is quite disturbing. But to be honest, the rain coat fabric is of a very good quality.  here are the pics of the rain coat jackets.
